Following Our Founders’ Fundamentals
For more than 60 years, Amway has been following the original principles passed down over the decades by the company’s founders. These fundamentals are still as strong and as alive today within the company as they were since its start back in 1959.
These four core values for the company are; Freedom, Family, Hope and Reward. The passion behind these values is overwhelmingly evident, especially when we look back to what the founders and their successors have said on some of the fundamentals of the Amway business.
In relation to Freedom, Amway believes that personal opportunity and economic opportunity go hand in hand, and with Amway, a person can have the freedom to change their life by owning their own business.
