Seafood Recipes for Family Dinners With The Philips Airfryer

Steamed Prawns with Glass Noodles

Main ingredients

  • 5 pieces big prawns
  • 50g glass noodles (soak in water for 15 min)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Sauce ingredients

  • 6 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 chilli, diced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Pinch of pepper

Method

Sauce preparation

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Main preparation

  1. Clean the prawns and slice into half.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay prawns on plate and align glass noodles on the prawns.
  4. Pour sauce onto the prawns and glass noodles.
  5. Cover the plate with aluminium foil.
  6. Fill 1/4 of Philips Airfryer with boiled water.
  7. Place the plate into the Philips Airfryer. Set Airfryer at 200°C for 15 min and start the steaming process.
  8. Plate onto decorated plate and serve.

Pan-Fried Scallops with Mandarin Orange Sauce

Main ingredients

  • 400g scallops (approx. 15 medium size scallops)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Sauce ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon corn starch

Method

Sauce preparation

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Main preparation

  1. Clean scallops and dry the scallop using disposable kitchen towels.
  2. Season scallop with salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly coat the scallops with corn starch.
  4. Lay scallops onto a Philips Airfryer grill pan.
  5. Set Airfryer at 200°C for 10 min and start the frying process.
  6. After 10 min, remove scallops from Philips Airfryer and place aside.
  7. Place a stainless-steel plate into Philips Airfryer and pour sauce on the plate. Heat for 5 min at 200°C.
  8. Once sauce has reached to a boil, place scallops into sauce and mix well.
  9. Scallops are ready to plate and serve.
